When it all began?

Many people live healthy and everyone has a story to tell. This is my story why I completely changed my lifestyle.
Like every kid I liked chocolate, lollipop and other unhealthy but very delicious sweets. Throughout my childhood I ate almost everything but did not have problems with my weight. I was always skinny and thought that I can eat everything without putting on weight or influencing my health. That was very childish idea. I wasn´t even active. I did not practice sports for a long period. At primary school I danced in a group but I gave up after two years. Reason? It wasn´t cup of my tea. In the 8th grade I took up playing tennis. I was not very skillful and I bowed out after a year. I hated PE at school and always goofed off.
When I changed myself?
At 14 I began feeling nauseous after I ate something. I was belching all the time. I did not sleep during the nights because I felt horrible. I had stomachache and wanted to throw up but I could´t. After a year I visited a doctor and was diagnosed with Helicobacter. I took antibiotics and after treatment my blood-test were completely normal. I can´t say that I felt better though. Although, I did not felt nauseous so often but still....(I had felt that I was not completely healthy)
I read a short review of a book called Wheat Belly. According to the author wheat can cause many health problems. I decided that I would try not to eat pastry. That seemed impossible to me because I ate bread, rolls and other types of pastry for breakfast, snack and even dinner. I could not imagine what I would eat. First, I cut down on pastry. However, I needed radical change. So after one day of my new diet I completely stopped eating pastry. I bought salad, vegetables, fruit and prepared easy meals. After several days I felt much better and had more energy. Nowadays, I do not have problems with digestion. I would be lying if I told that I eat only healthy stuff. The truth is that I struggle with avoiding sweets. And that is one thing I want to change.
Working out?
Obsession, addiction that is the workout for me. I started working out after my mom´s friend published her own workout videos. They were usually Hiit workouts and they lasted about 15 minutes. I told myself that it would be easy. It was just 15 minutes workout. I was badly wrong. I could not last the whole workout and gave up after 5 minutes. However, I was determined to continue next day. It was still hard and boring for me. Therefore, I decided to try something easier. I fell to new workout DVDs. I started with Jillian Michael and few days later I was able to finish the workout :D For the past two years I have been working out almost every day. The workout has become "a drug" for me. Once you start you cannot stop. Beginnig is always difficult. But when you stick up with it you will fell better, look better and proud to yourself :D
