I am not a dancer. Actually I do not like dancing. However, there are some dance workouts which made me love dancing.
Zumba
Zumba has become greatly popular since founded in 2001. This was first dance workout I had ever tried. Zumba combines dance, aerobic techniques, samba, salsa, hip-hop, mambo... Workouts usually last an hour or more and it is breath-taking. You can find many videos and channels on Youtube, e.g. Zumba® France, Zumba Fitness and others. Find channel you like and which suits you best.

This channel is very interesting. I am not sure what type of dancing it is but is very similar to Zumba. They regularly update dancing videos, evolution. There are 17 evolution programs now and the 18th is preparing. Each evolution usually comprises 5 - 7 workouts. So there is a wide chose of dancing workouts. I usually pick 5 videos from different evolution programs. I always enjoy these workouts because they are amusing and also exhausting.

You can find energy in every workout video. I like this channel because workouts are always full of energy. There are many dancing videos to popular songs. I usually pick video according to my favorite song. You can mix videos to create whole body workout. I think it is better to workout approximately 30 minutes. I think that choreography is not difficult and also people who are not great dancers (like me) can make it.
I have chosen this video for many reasons. It is energizing and motivating. I really admire a girl behind Jessica. It is amazing what she can do. I wish I would be as talented as her.
Another great dancer. I have found this channel recently and I love it. This guy is super talented. When I saw a video for the first time it seemed very difficult to perform. But I was eager to try it. I watch the video for few times and then I got down to it. I was really surprised that I managed it. I like it because of modern choreography and the energy. I recommend this channel for everybody who like hip -hop.
CIZE - End of exercise
Last but not least, CIZE is my best-loved workout DVD and dance workout. Shaun T has created great workout DVD. Each workout lats from 30 to 50 minutes. He teaches you the choreography step by step. This is very helpful for those who are beginners. I always have a lot of fun when I do the workout. It is better to dance with friends because you can help each other. You also get better as you go along the workouts. I have noticed that I have got better. I also like the choice of the songs. I always look forward to this workout. The workout cheers me up and I always enjoy it.
